Design
Prebuilt transportable homes draw inspiration from some of our classic kiwi buildings - the villa, bach and barn.
The Prebuilt design features a wide central hallway with bedrooms opening off it, leading to open-plan living space with exposed trusses throughout.
Another key feature of the design is the gable windows replicated at either end of the house, letting light flood through and creating a sense of indoor / outdoor flow with options for sliding windows or doors across the living room end.
Specifications
Prebuilt use Lunawood both internally (for walls and ceilings) and externally (as cladding). Lunawood is a beautiful, sustainable wood material produced using natural methods, heat and steam. It is used across the world in contemporary architecture and can be left natural or stained.
Prebuilt use locally sourced products and suppliers wherever possible.
Prebuilt have worked with interior designers, Point Dorset Interiors, to develop several interior design concepts and furniture packages.
